MINISTRY LEADERSHIP
Boone Hyatt
Boone serves as the Lead Pastor of Lifepoint Church. He was raised, saved, and baptized in Lifepoint church. Boone has seen numerous changes occur throughout his time at Lifepoint, however the mission of loving God and loving people has always stayed the same and is very near to his heart. He served as the student pastor at Lifepoint for over nine years before being named Lead Pastor in 2025. He has bachelor degrees from UCA, CFNI, and a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry from GCU.
He helps in the community serving on boards and being involved as many activities as possible. Boone is also still active in helping with the youth ministry.
When not involved in church activities he loves spending time with his wonderful wife ChristieRaye and their son Hampton.
Rick McClure
Rick McClure served as the Lead Pastor of Lifepoint for 16 years before stepping down to a slower role in the church at the end of 2024. He is still apart of leadership, preaching occasionally, serving on the board, and attending to church finances.
Rick is also involved in various leadership groups throughout the city, county, and state.
Rick is a lifelong sports fan enjoying watching kids as well as professionals. He is now attempting to learn golf.
Mike Cross
Mike and his family have been apart of the Lifepoint Family for multiple years serving in various capacities. Mike assumed the Worship Leader role in 2018. His ability to play multiple instruments and his heart to teach has allowed the Worship Team to become a versatile group. His wife Angel assists in cleaning the facilities.
When not leading worship, Mike owns a construction company. He enjoys hunting and fishing as well as Razorback sports and the Dallas Cowboys.
